1. What we collect

We collect the following types of information when you use IncomeStudio:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials via Google Firebase.
• Financial Information: Read-only bank transaction data (income and expenses) accessed securely through Plaid.
• Payment Information: Billing details securely processed and stored by Stripe. IncomeStudio does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How we use your information

We use your information exclusively to provide our tax estimation and financial management services:

• To import and categorize your business transactions for tax estimations.
• To manage your subscription billing and provide customer support.
• To improve our algorithms and the functionality of IncomeStudio.

IncomeStudio is a read-only platform. We do not have the ability to move money or initiate transfers from your connected bank accounts.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial information to third parties or data brokers. We only share information with trusted infrastructure partners required to run our service:

• Plaid: Used to securely connect to your financial institutions and pull read-only transaction data.
• Stripe: Used to process your subscription payments securely.
• Google Cloud (Firebase): Used to securely host our application and encrypt your data at rest.

4. Data Retention and Security

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may disconnect your bank accounts via Plaid and delete your IncomeStudio account at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@incomestudio.app.
